Fixes and refinements

What changed

• You can now transfer to and from your manually-tracked investment and asset accounts, with both sides of the transfer showing in your list.
• In Zero-Based budgeting, a newly added account's starting balance now shows up in Left to Assign right away instead of as unexplained drift.
• Manual transactions land on the date you pick regardless of your time zone, and account balance entry formats as you type.
• Plus a handful of smaller bug fixes and improvements across iOS and web.
